Landlord Responsibilities are laid out in The Housing Act 2004 (England & Wales) by having all your portable appliances such as Fridges, Freezers, Microwave Ovens, Vacuum Cleaner etc. We work directly with landlords or working with a Property Leasing Agent or Property Management Companies.

110v Testing

Our Engineers are experts in PAT Testing 110v appliances and construction site tools & equipment. PAT Testing 110v equipment is very important as it reduces the chances of an accident on site.

All of our engineers carry all the adaptors for testing in this industry, including 16-amp/32-amp 110v as standard. It is recommended that onsite 110v tools should be PAT Tested every 3 months to ensure site workers safety. We will provide a full asset report and certificate.

3 Phase Testing 

Equipment inspection specialise in PAT testing 3 Phase power leads and appliances. As standard, we carry all suitable adapters: 16-amp, 32-amp, 63-amp and 125-amp.
